How easy is it to trade in?

Just take your old bike along to any branch of Evans Cycles and they’ll take it off your hands in return for up to £250 off any new bike.

You can even do it online if you prefer – just find the bike you like on evanscycles.com, add it to your shopping basket, enter the trade-in code, then select ‘Click and Collect’ as the delivery option.

Then take your bike to the store with your ID, and you’ll soon be riding away with a shiny new set of wheels and a huge grin on your face!

What if it turns out my new bike isn't right for me – am I stuck with it?

Like any other bike you buy from Evans Cycles, it comes with the Right Bike Guarantee. So, if you’re unhappy with your new bike for any reason, you can exchange it for something more suitable within 30 days of purchase.

And if you haven’t ridden it yet, that exchange period extends to 90 days.

So, what happens to my old bike once I've traded it in?

Once it has been refurbished, your bike will be donated to Hospice UK to help their work supporting people with life-limiting and terminal conditions.
